Dear Viewers,
I joined as Prinicipal, Govt. Brijindra College on December 16, 2007. I take this opportunity to have a heart-to-heart talk with you. I am not interested in a mind-to-mind discussion. A heart-to-heart talk is based on love, sharing and communion. My concern here is not to prove anything or strengthen my ego. My sole solicitude is to help you in your growth and transformation . Argumentation, intellect, concepts and principles are not significant for me.The content - the message - is more important for me.

The core problem of man is schizophrenia. The lure of lucre has turned man into a hard-core utilitarian. He is sans vision. And where there is no vision, the people perish. T.S. Eliot states that modern man is a "shape without form, shade without colour, a paralysed force, gesture without motion". Really, man is living a hemi, demi and semi existence. There are schisms on the earth because there are schisms in the mind of man. There are no splits, schisms or divisions on the existential earth. They are found only on man-designed maps of the earth.

I want to share my vision of the undivided wholeness or totality with you.The human rights are much tom-tommed in the modern world. Even a Human Right Day is observed with fanfare in many parts of the world.Sadly, nobody observes Human Duties Day anywhere in the world. After all, duties are the roots and the rights are flowers. Without roots, there cannot be flowers.

Bookish knowledge merely imparts you information. Experiential knowledge will engender wisdom in you. Wisdom is the blend of knowledge and love .Always remember that love is the strongest cementing force in the world. Wisdom will enable you in putting together the parts and cementing them together in such a way that the parts no longer remain parts but become one undivided whole or totality. It is totality that brings commitment, dedication and dutifulness in its wake and puts an end to all hues and shades of alienation.
